Where are you based and do you travel?
I'm based in Mabank, Texas and love to travel. If you want me to photograph your story, it will require a travel fee, depending on where it takes place. But no worries, I always try to find the cheapest way to travel as I love what I do and want you to love the memories we capture without breaking your bank.
When will we get our photos?
You will receive an online gallery link with all your photos within maximum 12 weeks (sometimes less depending on the season). You can download your allotted number of images, or purchase more via our online store. You can also share them, choose your favorites, and order prints, all from your online gallery link!
How many pictures will we receive?
The number of pictures you receive depends on the package that you book. The number of images you receive will be discussed several times throughout our booking process. You will always have the option to purchase additional images.

Am I allowed to print the photos that you deliver to me?
All of our listed packages come with a print release. Although we do give a print release, we can not guarantee the quality of any prints, unless ordered through Double K Photography. We use a professional print lab which allows us to guarantee the prints you receive from us. By printing your images anywhere other than through Double K Photography, you acknowledge that we are not liable or responsible for bad print jobs due to non professional print labs.
How do I book with you?
You can book with DKP by completing our contact page, messaging our Facebook page (which is linked on the bottom of this webpage), or emailing email@example.com. Be sure to include the type of session you are interested in so that we may help you as efficiently as possible.
Do you deliver RAW files?
Double K Photography does not, under any circumstances release any RAW files.
Are our digital images watermarked?
Your digital images will not be watermarked. We do ask that you tag or mention us in the photos you post on your social media, though it is not a requirement.
What is your cancellation policy?
All deposits are non-refundable. A minimum of 30 days notice will be required for cancellation of this contract by the client(s). Any cancellation made with less than 7 days notice prior to the agreed upon service date will result in full payment bythe client(s). If the cancellation is initiated by Double K Photography, all monies paid to Double K Photography shall be movable to another instance or at Double K Photography's discretion refunded without the retainer. The retainer may be moved to another photoshoot. Refund shall be paid out within thirty (30) calendar days from the cancellation date. If the client(s) cancel within 3 days of the event, the client will not get their retainer back and their retainer is not transferable to a future session. If the client cancels prior to 5 days it is at Double K Photography's discretion whether or not the retainer is transferable to a future session.
